A genetic consultation includes or may include
- Taking personal and family history and pedigree analysis.
- Review of documentation and assessment of the indications for testing.
- Biological and clinical interpretation of results; clear explanations and recommendations.
- Preparation of a written report.
Prices do not include the cost of genetic tests, laboratory fees, transport of biological material or fees to external laboratories.
